Formed in 2019, Eduease4Schools brings together two qualified teachers and therapists, who between them have over 40 years of teaching experience and over 20 years of therapy work between them.
Silke and Claire have pooled their knowledge and resources togehter to bring you a toolbox of tried and tested techniques that you can use either within the classroom as a whole class activity, in small groups, or on 1:1 basis with those children who require a more individual approach.
Ready, Steady, Learn!
Ready, Steady, Learn! is the first toolbox available to schools and practitioners for use on a daily basis. Offering over 100 different resources that can be entwined with each other, ranging from visualisations, breathing techniques to a form of Feldenkrais where children can use movement to help relax and refocus.
Ready, Steady, Learn! has been trialled, tested and perfected with real primary aged children in real primary schools! Each recording can be played in any preferred order, at any time of day, as many times as required. The best results come when the toolbox is opned every day, to get the children in your care ready and steady to learn!

Children's Feldenkrais
Feldenkrais is a way of moving by being very aware of the movements you are making. Using animals as the theme, children are encouraged to move like different animals whilst being guided to be aware of how they are moving, whether anything could change to make them more like the animal and just to be aware of their movements.

Visualisation
Join Silke on a guided visualisation, to help children calm, focus, imagine and improve a happiness feeling within.

Breathing Techniques
Linking up with the Feldenkrais section. these breathing techniques use animals as the focus, getting children to use different breaths to become different animals. There are also some non-animal guided breathing techniques for children to trial initially, allowing them to learn that we breathe in many different ways.
